A short time later he penned the song "I'm a Ding Dong Daddy". The song gained national attention on the Jack Benny radio show and was later covered by the one the only Mr.Louie Armstrong in 1930. R. Crumb included this drawing as the first cell in a single page comic strip "freak-out funnies presents.." A Keep On Truckin' Apparel exclusive design.
