For years there was just one way to get rid of vampires, however recent advances in science, technology and literature have revealed a new method of vampire eradication: character defamation through mass-produced teen fiction. This method does not eliminate the vampire, but ruins his reputation to such an extent that he can never again show his sparkly face in public.
