This is an official product of the Quiksilver In Memory of Eddie Aikau Big Wave Invitational. This is a very limited edition tee which celebrates the running of the event in December of 2009. Anyone who was lucky enough to watch this event knows that it was a true celebration of big wave surfing. It was won by San Clemente local Grey Long - but more importantly - it was a true honor to the legacy of Eddie Aikau. Personally - I was amazed to watch Eddie's brother Clyde Aikau charging at age 60. There are only a few of these shirts available. They have a front screenprint with the in.Eddie Went in. logo which includes the date on which the event was held. Congratulations to Quiksilver and everyone who was involved in a truly memorable day of surfing.
