Hmmm… well what it’s based on I’m hoping is obvious… Basically it’s a mashup playing on a few things, Dr Who travels through time “portals” so seemed right choice to mix with Portal 2 the game, there is a 3rd part to it that some might not get… it has to do with the title – Portal Who… it sounds like Porta-Loo, which for any Americans, is the same thing as your Porta-Potty.
