12 MONKEYS - Gorilla Flag - Sci-Fi Ape - Science Fiction - Time Travel Movie T-Shirt
12 Monkeys 'Gorilla Ape' Movie T-Shirt Obviously this incredible monkey shirt was inspired by Terry Gilliam's Twelve Monkeys film... what's that, you don't know who Terry Gilliam is? What's the matter with you man, have you gone mad!?!?! Mr Gilliam is known for his amazing work with Monty Python, as well as his directorial efforts of Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas, Brazil, Time Bandits and many others excellent movies including the one this ape shirt is inspired by. Hopefully we don't have to explain the plot behind this masterpiece of modern Conspiracy cinema... so let's just say that Bruce Willis, Brad Pitt, Christopher Meloni, Madeleine Stowe, David Morse, and Christopher Plummer can't be wrong! This is one of our favorite 12 Monkeys shirts, it should be yours too... but we'll leave with this quote from the movie, decide for yourself: 'Don't mock me my friend. It's a condition of mental divergence. I find myself on the planet Ogo, part of an intellectual elite, preparing to subjugat

Donnie Darko 'Frank Rabbit' Cult Movie T-Shirt Do you believe in time travel? I know I do. Temporal Anomalies is what this is about, the bending of time and space. So the question was, do you believe this t-shirt is absolutely the coolest thing you've ever seen? Donnie Darko was an excellent movie that went over the head of many people, it didn't get much attention when it came out... it wasn't until it was released on DVD that it started to gain a cult following, and rightfully so. Finding a movie about time travel, (that doesn't wear the topic on it's sleeve) is quite unusual. I went into the movie thinking it would be a teenage gothic angst film (which isn't a bad thing), but walked out astonished at how intelligent and deep the movie managed to be, without being obvious! Most people enter Donnie Darko thinking Jake Gyllenhaal, or Frank The Rabbit, or Sparkle Motion, or gothic... but they leave thinking time travel, humanity, human relationship and the end of the world. Pretty deep.male, female - adult$12.99

Poltergeist 'TV Ghost' Horror Movie T-Shirt First let me point out that Tobe Hooper directed the first Poltergeist movie (co-written by Steven Spielberg)... that in itself is enough reason to buy this 100% unusal sci-fi horror film t-shirt, this guy made The Texas Chainsaw Massacre, he created Leatherface!! That's 100% awesome. Beyond that, the Poltergeist trilogy itself are pretty wicked-good horror flics... particularly the crazy demon preacher... Kane (Julian Beck)... he's one of the creepiest villains ever to hit the big screen... which is why we quoted him on this classic TV ghost tshirt (we tried to recreate his vocal mannerism on the shirt itself)... absolute creepy weirdness: God is in, his holy temple! Inadvertently, we discovered this shirt could also be taken from a socio-political standpoint... we all know The MTV generation was basically the last hurrah before the (neverending) Doom Generation, and this is likely attributable to our relentless television watching and videomale, female - adult$12.99

Videodrome 'SciFi TV' Horror Movie T-Shirt First it controls your mind, then you buy everything you see on television. everything.Haha, well... political sci-fi t-shirts are in short supply these days, and what better movie to bring them to the surface with than Cronenberg's horror masterpiece, Videodrome (James Woods, Debbie Harry)! If you haven't watched this cult film, it's an absolute must-see... considering it was made in 1983 (one year before the doom filled predictions of 1984's Big Brother),it's interesting to see how visionary director David Cronenberg fleshed-out themes of snuff movies, softcore pornography, ultra-violence, sex and punk sadomasochism and the socio-political fight for your mind (and wallet) through television. Of course, this time period was also the beginning of The MTV generation... having started in 1981, the music channel gained an almost instant fanatic following the first few years. This unflinching adoration was ferociously on the minds of parents and pmale, female - adult$12.99

Figrin D'an 'Modal Nodes' Jazz Band T-Shirt After years of watching the Star Wars movies, we've come to the conclusion that the Cantina Band is the coolest part of these sci fi films. So we had to make a nondescript Figrin D'an and the Modal Nodes shirt, with no Star Wars movie logos or Luke Skywalker references... just the Cantina band as seen in Chalmun's on Tatooine. Can you say totally 'effin rad?!? Yeah, we thought so... Anyway, for a little back story on this Galactic funk band... Figrin D'an is from Bith, he plays Jizz music and is a member of the Intergalactic Federation of Musicians (IFM). We all may have blind love for these guys, but there's always a dark side to the fame and fortune... Figrin D'an is a Glitterstim addict (it's really a shame), on top of that he's a compulsive gambler, preferring the seductions of the Sabacc tables over other casino highlights (it's a losers game). It's not all his fault though, none of them knew what they were getting into when Jabba the Humale, female - adult$12.99
