Born on New Yorks Lower East Side in 1873, Al Smith rose from Fulton Fish Market boy to four-term governor, spearheading a number of reforms that improved the lives of poor and working class families - all while reducing the size of government.

When President Bill Clinton accepted the Democratic Nomination for second time in 1996, he asked Americans to join him in building a bridge to the 21st century. Our design, based on this historic moment, is printed on a thin, cotton, baby blue tee, available in a unisex and a women's style.

Though polls at the time suggested that the increasingly devisive Franklin Roosevelt would lose the 1936 Presidential race to Alf Landon, Roosevelt prevailed by a huge margin. This design, recalling Woodrow Wilson's presidential run in 1916, originally appeared on buttons. ""Peace With Honor"" reflects Wilson's pledge to keep the United States out of the First World War. When Abraham Lincoln campaigned for the presidency in 1860, the Republicans tried to capitalize on Lincoln's rise from humble beginnings with the nickname ""Rail-Splitter,"" a reference to one of Lincoln's many colorful former occupations, which also included general store clerk, country lawyer, postmaster and surveyor. Our drawing reflects the style of political art of that era, and is carefully distressed to create an authentic look. Democrats hoped that the selection of Michael Dukakis would end the comedy of misteps that surrounded the Democratic primary, it was not to be. The ""Tippecanoe and Tyler Too"" campaign of William Henry Harrison represents America's initiation into the modern era of political election spectacle, replete with spin and screeching hyperbole. In 1840, determined to oust the Democrats, the Whig party packaged William Henry Harrison as a heroic and passionate advocate for the common man, despite dubious evidence. They wrote songs and newsletters, arranged parades and rallies, and produced every manner of kitschy keepsake imaginable. Harrison won the election, only to die a month after taking office - the shortest term of any president. Our drawing reflects the style of political art of that era, and is carefully distressed to create an authentic look. Theodore 'Teddy' Roosevelt is one of America's most popular presidents. The charismatic hunter, soldier, historian and explorer captivated a nation struggling to establish a new identity in the years after the Civil War. This original design recalls the 1912 presidential election. Roosevelt (who famously believed every man deserved a ""square deal"") and his supporters left the Republican National Convention that year and later re-emerged as the Progressive Party. He told reporters he felt ""strong as a bull moose,"" giving the group its unofficial nickname. The new party proposed what at the time were considered radical social, economic and political reforms such as allowing women to vote, limiting corporate contributions to campaigns, prohibition of child labor, a minimum wage for workers and protection of our natural resources.
