    With a contest like this we need to make use of the awesome printing abilities involved at DBH. Definitely an oversize print with placement either centered or to the side with wrap around and sleeve printing for both options. -metallic inks for the scales -waterbased inks for the watercolor background and slight red on the clouds. -stitching for the blue wave pattern coming straight out its mouth. -while we're at it, why not an option of a slightly different run of UV ink for a nice nighttime glow.
